Auxo Advisory Services
Board and C-suite advisory on commercial strategy, marketing, business development, and organisational transformation — delivered by a practitioner who has led these functions at scale across competitive global markets.
Start a conversation →In Greek mythology, Auxo was one of the Horae — goddesses of the seasons and the natural order. Her name derives from auxein: to grow, to increase, to flourish. She presided over spring — the season of new beginnings, renewal, and expansion. The name felt right.
About
Auxo Advisory Services is a boutique consultancy founded by Tom Regent. The practice advises boards and senior executive teams on strategies of profitable and sustainable growth — drawing on more than 25 years of operational executive leadership in sales, marketing, and general management at significant scale.
What distinguishes Auxo is that the advice comes from someone who has actually built, transformed, and run the functions under discussion — across large international organisations, competitive markets, and challenging environments. This is operational experience applied to advisory work, not consulting theory applied to operational problems.
Based in London and active across Europe and globally, Auxo works with leadership teams that want senior, focused, and personally delivered advisory — grounded in more than 25 years of having led these functions at scale.

Services
Sustainable growth is rarely a marketing problem alone. It touches strategy, culture, structure, processes, and people. Engagements are scoped to match the challenge — whether that sits within a single function or spans the organisation.
01
Defining and aligning growth strategy with market positioning, client targeting, differentiation, and a coherent go-to-market approach. From articulating the firm's competitive proposition through to shaping how sales and marketing teams execute against it.
02
Assessing and strengthening marketing and BD capability — across organisation design, skills, ways of working, tools, and measurement. Building the conditions for marketing and BD investment to deliver genuine commercial return.
03
Sustainable growth requires more than a new strategy. Where needed, engagements extend to culture, leadership, roles and responsibilities, processes, and the structural conditions that allow a business to grow with consistency and resilience.
04
Strategic advice is only as valuable as what gets done with it. Auxo can provide ongoing advisory support through implementation — milestone reviews, steering group facilitation, leadership coaching, and hands-on guidance as change programmes unfold.
05
Many organisations grow successfully through talent, relationships, and momentum — until they hit a ceiling. What often holds them back is not ambition or market opportunity, but the absence of a scaleable, repeatable sales capability built on rigorous foundations. Sales is more science than art. Done well, it is a structured discipline: the right methodology, clearly defined processes, a compensation framework that drives the right behaviours, a CRM that supports rather than frustrates, and a learning and development programme that builds capability systematically across the team. Auxo helps organisations move from sales that depends on individual brilliance to sales that works as a system — consistently, predictably, and at scale.
Approach
Every engagement starts with listening and understanding — before any recommendations are formed. The output is always practical, directed towards implementation, and designed to deliver tangible benefits rather than theoretical frameworks.
"The most important question to ask of any recommendation is not whether it is right in theory — but whether it is right for this organisation, at this moment, with these people."
Collaborative
Working with the client team, not around them. Stakeholder involvement sharpens findings and makes any resulting change sustainable from the outset.
Pragmatic & actionable
Focused on what can actually make a difference — tested against the question: is this realistic for this organisation in the short to medium term?
Fact-based
No preconceived conclusions. Recommendations are grounded in what is actually found — combined with deep experience of what best practice looks like in practice.
Respectful of culture & pace
An iterative improvement process, not a big-bang transformation. Quick wins are identified early; structural changes are sequenced to fit the organisation's capacity to absorb them.
Contact
